I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in April 2022. Prior to joining the Brain Lab, I was involved in neuroimaging research focused on traumatic brain injury (TBI) and schizophrenia. Clinically, I worked in a variety of roles, including as a psychiatric technician at the Utah State Hospital, a neurofeedback technician, and a paraprofessional at a Level 3 autism school. These experiences shaped my interest in the dynamic relationship between brain and behavior and highlighted how research can directly inform and enhance clinical practice.
In August 2023, I joined the Brain Lab and began the Clinical Psychology PhD program at BYU, where my current work focuses on using advanced neuroimaging to better understand pediatric and other forms of TBI. My long-term goal is to become a clinical neuropsychologist, integrating research and assessment to support individuals affected by neurological and psychological conditions.
Outside of my academic and clinical work, I enjoy hiking, traveling, singing, and creating digital collages.
